Hair Salon Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To help us maintain smooth operations, please review our cancellation policy:
1. Booking Deposit:
o A deposit of $50 of your service cost is required to secure your appointment.
o This deposit will be applied toward your final service payment.
2. Cancellations:
o Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of the deposit or may have it applied to future bookings.
o Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a forfeited deposit.
3. No-Shows:
o If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.
o Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Rescheduling:
o Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
o Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
5. Late Arrivals:
o If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
